Responsible for developing recommendations on financial feasibility of acquiring acquisition targets and the deal’s financial structure. Results include successful review and acquisition of three privately-held companies that added over $6 million in annual revenues. Related activities include financial analysis, valuation, forensic accounting, GAAP compliance, tax statement analysis, and determination/investigation of non-compliant activities. Also manage post-closing activities related to acquired companies.

Develop operating budgets and sales forecasts, and produce monthly reports analyzing performance to plan. Develop and maintained accounting and financial planning models for measuring and reporting internal sales, product mix, and profit performance and market benchmarking. Results delivered monthly and quarterly through written and dashboard reports. Also developed housing industry forecast models for the purpose of predicting company-wide sales performance.
